1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HeyBhaji (heybhaji.vu) website and its associated mobile applications. HeyBhaji is a licensed online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services for Bengali-speaking players.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

HeyBhaji is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is completely prohibited and HeyBhaji enforces this policy rigorously.

In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use HeyBhaji:

• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Employees of HeyBhaji or members of their immediate family.
• Anyone whose account has been previously closed or banned.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits on HeyBhaji can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, though some cases may take longer.
• Withdrawals are preferably processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering requirements: Withdrawing bonus funds requires a specified wagering amount to be met first. Withdrawing before fulfilling this requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used before it expires will be automatically cancelled.
• A bonus can only be claimed once: Each promotion is available once per player, device, IP address, or household.
• Bonus Abuse: If HeyBhaji finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6Gaming Rules

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on HeyBhaji's servers.

7Prohibited Activities
